- If u don't know your "QUALITIES" then try to find out your "ACHIEVEMENTS" and list that. Now map your achievements with the qualities.
Example:
ACHIEVEMENTS ---------------------------------QUALITIES
Topper in college/School----------------------- Consistent, Intelligent, Committed.
Win painting competition ---------------------- Creative , Innovative.
Win sports championship----------------------- Hard worker, Energetic.
- Don't claim any achievement if you don't have any proff for that.
- Quantify whatever you say. It emphasis your words.
- Always be assertive when you give answers in the interview.
- Never be aggressive or passive.
- Don't bluff in interview.

APPLICATION: Uncover real similarities and offer genuine praise.
2. Principle of Reciprocity:- People repay in kind.
APPLICATION: Give what you want to receive.
3. Principle of Social proof:- People follow the lead of similar others.
APPLICATION: Use peer power whenever it is available.
4. Principle of Consistency:- People align with their clear commitment.
APPLICATION: Make their commitment active, public and voluntary.
5. Principle of Authority:- People defer to experts.
APPLICATION: Expose your expertise, don't assume it is self-evident.
